As an Automation Developer (RPA), you will collaborate closely with Business Product Managers, Platform Technology Managers, and cross-functional teams across the organization to identify, define, and prioritize automation opportunities. You will play a key role in driving the adoption and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), helping to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and automate functions utilizing UiPath.
• Execute the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both sandbox and live environments.
• Identify and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clearly articulated with proposed solutions.
• Collect data from various sources and maintain a continuous process improvement mindset.
• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap of intelligent automation process candidates.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of RPA processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Participate in code reviews and lead progress update meetings.
• Provide technical solutions, effort estimations, and outline delivery strategies and plans.
• Offer dedicated support and configuration assistance post-production.
• Create documentation and user guides for RPA processes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in automation development utilizing the UiPath tool.
• Experience in gathering requirements and implementing solutions in a systematic manner.
• Analytics-driven, with the ability to measure the impact of RPA solutions on processes and teams.
• Intellectually curious – consistently asks “why” to arrive at the best solution rather than just executing tasks.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations.
• Experience with integration and knowledge of how systems communicate efficiently.
• Strong prioritization and project management skills, including timely and proactive communication of timelines and status.
• RPA and UiPath experience, or a strong desire to learn, is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, .NET, C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, XML, and XSD, as well as working knowledge of REST APIs.
• Understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM).
• Experience with S3 bucket integrations is a plus.
