簡介

Sales Support:

  • Process orders, track shipments, and manage customer inquiries.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements, and events.

Administrative Support:

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • File documents and maintain office supplies.

Customer Service:

  • Provide basic customer service support, answering general questions and resolving minor issues.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
