簡介

  • Support sales team, handle reports, maintain databases, and assist in client communication.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales meetings.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and coordination abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
