Job Summary:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, digital, print).
• Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
• Support sales team in client communications, follow-ups, and proposal preparation.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Create sales and marketing reports for internal review and analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing department as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High level of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
