  • Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop sales strategies; manage client relationships; train sales team; achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management and Salesforce; strong lead generation abilities; excellent communication skills; effective sales management and training capabilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; potential for travel; flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Results-driven; team-oriented; strong leadership; adaptable to changing circumstances.
