Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Libis, Quezon City. The Sales Associate will be responsible for researching for potential clients, providing information about the services and products offered, and assisting clients in selecting the best services for their needs. Additional responsibilities include managing bookings, handling cash and card transactions, maintaining records, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also support promotional activities to drive sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
• Sales experience and the ability to upsell services and products
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Superior time-management and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience with cash handling and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous experience in the wellness, spa, or beauty industry is a plus
