Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the vape or retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of the vape industry is a plus.
