Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
