Jardine Service Centre (JSC) Philippines is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson Group which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in 1832. JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to the business units of Jardine Group by administrating transactional and rule-based activities. We aim to deliver world-class services to our internal customers in a cost-efficient manner via process harmonization, application of state-of-the-art technologies, automation and process simplification.
At JSC we are scaling our technology capabilities in a broad array of different leading platforms. Our team is responsible for both application maintenance and development; delivering the technology and business solutions that will revolutionize how our various business units operate.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Develop and automate workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline business processes.
Service Cloud Expertise:
- Configure and optimize Service Cloud features, including case management, omnichannel routing, and live agent chat.
- Maintain knowledge articles, macros, and service console configurations to enhance customer support.
- Monitor and improve Service Cloud performance and user adoption.
Marketing Cloud Expertise:
- Manage email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and automation using Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and maintain data extensions, subscriber lists, and personalized content.
- Ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce clouds or external systems.
Cloud Integration (AWS/AliCloud):
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to integrate Salesforce with AWS or AliCloud services.
- Manage data synchronization between Salesforce and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS S3, AliCloud OSS).
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based integrations to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
- Implement and maintain secure data transfer protocols between Salesforce and cloud environments.
User Support & Training:
- Provide technical support to Salesforce users and resolve issues related to functionality, access, and performance.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to improve user adoption and proficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance metrics for Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud operations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the Salesforce platform.
Best Practices & Compliance:
- Ensure all configurations and processes adhere to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud configurations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, IAM) or AliCloud (e.g., OSS, Function Compute, RAM).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, security, and integration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM preferred
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments preferred.
- Experience with data migration and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft) preferred.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AliCloud Certified Professional.
