The Opportunity

They are looking for a Senior Broker Officer to be based at Manila, Philippines, tosupport the brokerage team in delivering high-quality service to clients and maintaining efficient, accurate processes. You will assist in managing client portfolios, ensuring that all client needs are met and that their insurance solutions align with their risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, policy adjustments, claims support, and renewals, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing insurance documentation, including renewals, endorsements, and new business.
  • Support the clients throughout the claims process by coordinating with claims officers, gathering necessary documentation, and providing timely updates.
  • Conduct research and assist in negotiating with insurers to secure competitive pricing and favorable policy terms.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities, contributing to client retention and growth


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in the insurance brokerage field, preferably supporting retail and domestic insurance.
  • MUST have Tier 2 Insurance qualifications or willingness to attain.
  • Experience using WinBEAT / Insight / Sunrise would be an added advantage; however, experience using other Insurance Broking systems is acceptable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, brokers and underwriters.
