We are currently seeking a Senior Manager for our US Account (Graveyard Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) to join our dynamic team.
While we have a preferred list of responsibilities and qualifications, we are open to considering candidates who may not meet all the requirements but demonstrate strong experience, leadership, and potential.

As the Senior Manager, you will lead a team of over 150 professionals, managing daily operations and overseeing service delivery for one of our key international markets—the US Account. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in developing your team by ensuring they receive the necessary training, professional development, and access to tools and resources that enable them to deliver high-quality work.
The responsibilities for this role include:
● Oversee the overall workflow and operations of the entire country account or project assigned to the team.
● Responsible for delegating, organizing, and setting clear objectives to ensure the timely completion of all deliverables.
● Participate in meetings and contribute to identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
● Ensure smooth workflow administration and monitor team performance to meet or exceed required targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Provide strong leadership and strategic direction while managing day-to-day operations through team leaders.
● Recruit, train, and manage staff to foster a high-performance culture within the team.
● Design and implement training and upskilling programs to ensure team members have the skills and industry knowledge needed to deliver high-quality work in line with best practices.
● Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to senior management.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal departments and other teams across the wider organization.
● Demonstrate and foster a strong work ethic within your team, encouraging the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective collaboration with other teams.
● Exhibit and promote commitment, punctuality, reliability, and dedication to tasks, the team, and the company.
● Maintain high team morale and ensure that all members are motivated and engaged.
● Provide expert guidance on engineering and design methodologies, offering professional insights and recommendations.
● Review and assess existing designs, and propose innovative solutions and strategies to enhance efficiency, functionality, and overall performance.
● Collaborate and coordinate with clients on design-related concerns and project requirements.
● Manage the team’s budget, ensuring financial goals and targets are achieved.
● Ensure all team activities are compliant with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
● Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you need to bring the following skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fi eld
● Has at least 5 to 8 years working experience in designs construction
● Proven experience in a leadership role manage and lead a team of quantity surveyors and/or designers.
● Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
● A track record of delivering results and achieving targets
● Good time management and documentation skills
● Good in written and verbal communication skills
● Problem solving and decision making skills
● Familiar with Google suits

Company Work Schedule
We are adopting Hybrid set-up work schedule
● Three (3) days work from site
● Flexible time arrangements to avoid the rush hour and stuck on traffic
● Two (2) days work from home
● Flexible time arrangements to have enough time in the afternoon to rest and to do some personal errands
