  • The TA Assistant is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from screening up to deployment of all qualified applicants.
  • This role ensures that recruitment activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with manpower needs and requirements, facilitating a seamless experience for the new employees.

職位要求

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant work experience handling recruitment or all facets of human resource.
