簡介
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Post job advertisements and maintain updated job listings
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview between applicants and hiring managers
- Assist in conducting initial interviews or pre-screenings
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
- Support onboarding process and documentation of new hires
- Assist in creating recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics
- Represent the company in job fairs or recruitment events
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed
職位要求
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Open to fresh grads with recruitment internship
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and basic recruitment metrics is a plus
- Can handle multiple tasks and deadlines
