Role: Senior Tax Analyst

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Makati/Angeles

Schedule: Any Shift

• Prepare US Tax Provision under ASC740 for each affiliate

• Compute and prepare quarterly estimated tax payments for each affiliate

• Prepare and file various miscellaneous tax filings, including but not limited to Federal Excise Tax, Foreign Bank Account Reporting, 1120-POL

• Prepare any necessary book to tax supporting workpapers

• Analyze and reconcile tax accounts and perform flux analyses

• Support the tax department in managing tax documentation, notices, payments and any ad hoc projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MS in Tax or C.P.A. preferred (Financial and/or Tech Sector experience is a plus!)

• 4+ years of corporate tax experience with public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department

• Possess an understanding of ASC740 principles, as well as federal and state tax concepts

• Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Oracle Cloud is a plus!)

• Candidate must come from big four firms (up until top 10 global accounting firms)

• Minimum 4 years of pure Tax background - candidates must have experience in US tax compliance
