Job Description
Analyzes effective and cost-efficient strategies for Meats transportation operations, while still maintaining delivery service level agreements (SLA).
Responsible for analyzing transport expenses, monitoring Trucking Partners’ performances, and developing dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires analytical skills, experience in cost analysis, and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
In-charge of translating customer complaints and/ or Trucking Partners’ SLA nonperformance into penalties and claims (e.g., high driploss, missing item). Captures, monitors and closes claims with Truckers.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Still, experience can suffice
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
Other Requirements
- Data analytics and cost analysis skills
- Proficiency in Power BI or any data visualization tool
- Experience in transport performance tracking and reporting
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
