Penerangan

The Admin Assistant (PMO) is tasked to provide administrative support to the PMO office including reporting, and liaising with all management levels to provide summarized information on internal and external projects being managed through the PMO.

  • Manage the collation and reporting of individual project and program progress reports to Microgenesis Management and Executive.
  • Liaise with all project managers to ensure weekly project status reporting is provided promptly.
  • Update every week the project status for submission to the PMO Supervisor.
  • Receive all requests for new projects through the project brief template and consolidate for the PMO Supervisor to review every week.
  • Manage the administration associated with all new project requests and allocation of project managers.
  • Provide communication to the business on the progress and status of all projects being managed through the PMO (Note: Will train non-project department staff in the PMO process so that smaller projects can be managed within the business while directly reporting to PMO with updates.)



Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a PMO Coordination/Support/Specialist role is an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good customer skills
