Business Partnering:

• Ensure optimized profitability by balancing CCEP perspectives with customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales Teams to enhance commercial acumen and promote self-service capabilities in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and Senior Finance Business Partner to develop robust forecasts (S&OP & Budget) using the sales promotional calendar, demand plan, and risk and opportunities tracking.
• Support the S&OP cycle by preparing draft NSR rates, working closely with Sales to review source data.
• Communicate performance drivers through trading updates, month-end commentary, and the latest full-year outlook to finance and sales stakeholders.
• Support Finance Business Partners in analyzing channel performance to provide actionable insights.
• Address ad-hoc commercial queries from stakeholders.
• Maintain relevant and value-adding reports to ensure transparency in performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support all channel-related period-end reporting, reconciliations, and balance sheet management.
• Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders on the long-range planning cycle, annual budget, monthly financial forecasts, weekly trading updates, and monthly performance reviews.

Performance Management:

• Support activities related to Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closing processes, including preparation, review, and follow-up on accruals, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain value-adding reports to enhance transparency in performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze channel performance to deliver actionable insights, such as trading updates, and clarify key agreement terms and risks.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and seek continuous improvement opportunities.

Analysis and Modelling:

• Assist the Sales Team and Senior Finance Business Partner in modeling and analysis to develop robust forecasts, plans, and budgets.
• Work with Finance Business Partners to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities.
• Support Finance Business Partners in developing business cases and reports to drive effective planning and ROI delivery.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process and reporting improvements in collaboration with the continuous improvement team and key stakeholders.

Relationship Building:

• Establish credibility and foster strong relationships with business partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–4 years of experience in financial partnering, analysis, and reporting, preferably within shared services or a center of expertise, with exposure to global or regional teams.
• Experience supporting financial reporting across time zones and markets, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• People management experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts to enhance commercial awareness and understanding.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong coaching ability to educate Sales teams on financial drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Competency in financial software/tools such as SAP or Anaplan, with expertise in data extraction, consolidation, and reporting. Experience with global shared services tools is a plus.
