Penerangan

  • Assist in all Procurement related work;
  • Responsible for documentation of all PO’s;
  • Does PO inventory and monitoring;
  • Do prize comparison report;
  • Look for possible suppliers.


Syarat-syarat

  • Graduate of Business Administration or relevant field
  • at least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Clear and excellent communications skill to follow up on purchasing and production status.
  • Be resolute in handling vendors to ensure requirement for excellent quality and timely delivery are assured.
  • Knowledge of production and sampling processes as well as import and export procedures are a plus.
  • Able to effectively interact with inter-company departments and outside factories and efficient in follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently and works effectively under pressure and can multi-task.
  • Must know how to prioritize task to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Resourceful, hard-working, self-motivated and with initiative and positive disposition.
  • Good command of written and reading English.
  • Knowledge in the operation of business software (Microsoft Office)
