Performs installation and provides post-sales support for external customers at the least possible time to ensure that targeted and reasonable turnaround time is achieved.
Conduct continuous study, testing, and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor-sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills. Acquire technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification training and examinations.
Provide support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo, and Presentations.
Provide in-house IT support to internal IT of servers and storages of Microgenesis.
Conduct training for internal and external customers and co-engineers (cross-training)
Prepare, update, and submit CRM, E-mail activity report, and Service Slip and continuously coordinate with the TSC Coordinator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 6 mos. working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): presentation skills, good oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, people skills, customer and interpersonal skills.
