The main problem of all businesses is not its sales, nor its products, not even the high cost of taxes. The biggest problem that besets all companies is the people who work for the company who are usually its regular employees. Newly hired employees who are usually on probationary employment are best workers who seldom complain nor ask questions about their compensation and benefits. However, when they become regular employees of the company, they begin to exhibit the bad side of their character and start to question their income and benefits to the point of creating a labor union to ensure their security of tenure and their enjoyment of benefits more than what the law provides. This makes them more expensive for the employer and a great problem to deal with as the employer cannot just effect their termination without a labor case having been filed against them, to which the employee most often wins due to the presumption of our laws in favor of labor.
As a solution to this problem, companies resort to manpower agencies to provide them with workers that they need on a project basis. However, manpower agencies that are registered to provide all the manpower requirements of companies are considered by law as labor-only contractors, thereby making their deployed workers as regular employee of the principal and making such solution more of a problem.
It is for this reason that a lawyer who specializes on the management side of labor law has thought of a way of having workers for an employer without them being regular employees of the company. This is how Klassic Marketing, Inc. was created.

That the primary purpose of this corporation is to engage, undertake, deal in, or otherwise carry on the business of sales and marketing of consumer and industrial products and services as well as contracting or subcontracting all sales and marketing operations of other companies who may wish to engage the specialized service of the corporation, inclusive of the necessary consultancy services related thereto as well as to provide all the necessary equipments, implements, and materials that may be needed in its operations.
With such registration, Klassic Marketing Inc. can legitimately sub-contract all the marketing operations of its clients by deploying highly skilled marketing workers that can stay with the operations of client companies not for five, nor six months, but as long as the client needs them.
Gone are the days of labor-only contracting agencies, where deployed workers can only stay for a maximum of six months. Otherwise, they may be considered as regular employees of the principal. Such practice is not only risky for the employer as deployed workers are considered their regular employees even before six months of hiring, but likewise a total loss for their productive operations as those workers who have worked for six months are the people who already know the work and are already proficient on their assigned tasks, and just because of the legal provision that they will become regular employees after six months, will be terminated and be replaced by new workers who will start again to learn the trade and who are not as efficient as the dismissed workers whom they replaced.
As a legitimate job contractor, Klassic Marketing Inc. assures its clients that its deployed workers will never be considered as regular workers of the principal no matter how long they are assigned to their projects, as they would remain to be project employees of Klassic Marketing Inc. assigned to their designated projects. Said deployed workers can never be entitled to separation pay as a result of their separation, not even retirement pay as they can never be considered to be working for the clients, until their retirement days. As such, the principal can never be burdened with such costs to which they would otherwise be exposed to had they hire regular workers instead.
Klassic Marketing, Inc. has an effective Human Resources Department that would be regularly updating the skills and discipline of their deployed workers duly assisted by an accounting department that regularly maintains the company’s payroll as well as the SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig Contributions of its workers. This would save client companies from maintaining separate Human Resources and Accounting Departments just to maintain the manpower needs of its operations.
