1. Based on project—requirements including but not limited to characters, environments, and rendering — apply innovative, multi-dimensional design approaches and implement them at a high level of quality.
2. Possess strong aesthetic and modeling skills; able to independently create high-resolution 3D models and textures for characters, environments, and props based on concept art and reference materials.
3. Experience in modeling for various art styles (western/realistic/classical), with strong control over production quality.
4. Rich experience in hand-painted and next-gen game art production; candidates with a track record of large scale commercial game development projects are preferred.
5. Understand both 2D and 3D game production workflows and accurately interpret 3D art requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of experience in 3D game design, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering for characters/environments.
2. Degree in animation or a related field preferred, with a solid foundation in art and modeling.
3. Proficient in relevant software such as 3Ds Max (or Maya), V-Ray (or Arnaldo), ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Unity (or Cocos Creator).
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to accurately understand work requirements.
5. Responsible and a strong team player, able to deliver tasks on time while maintaining high quality.
