職位描述
- Create detailed 3D models from concept art, blueprints, or references
- Develop and apply realistic textures and materials using industry-standard tools
- Rig and animate 3D models to produce fluid and believable movement
- Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality
- Participate in reviews, respond to feedback, and revise work as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends and new tools or techniques in 3D modeling and animation
- Proven experience as a 3D Modeler/Animator in a professional environment
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar
- Experience with animation tools and techniques (keyframe animation, rigging, etc.)
- Strong understanding of form, anatomy, lighting, and motion
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
