About the role:

Cherry Philippines seeks experienced Account Executives to join our dynamic Corporate Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, office-based role in our Head Office at Ermita Manila City.


  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within target corporate accounts
  • Develop and execute effective account management strategies to deepen existing client relationships
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide regular updates and accurate forecasting to sales management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments

Job summary:

Achieve and exceed sales targets with a competitive commission structure and career advancement opportunities.

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the corporate/enterprise segment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Filipino
