Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to support product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Help capture and forward client feedback to Product and Development teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Accounting, Product, and Channel teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
Support the onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and achievement of expected MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upgrade revenue through increased product adoption.
Provide strategic account management to drive client engagement and product value realization.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and other systems for internal visibility.
Monitor the company’s digital and social media channels for possible client inquiries and ensure timely response or escalation.
Monitor industry and market trends to provide insights and strategic guidance to clients.
Learn and share best practices and continuously improve internal processes and client success methodologies.
Become an expert in the company’s F&B and Retail software solutions to effectively educate and support clients.
Qualifications
Open to any course (preferably a degree in Business Management or related fields)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role is an advantage (SaaS or tech company experience is a plus)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and analytical abilities; can think strategically and act tactically
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Technical teams
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage; willingness to learn and maintain accurate data is expected
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Tech-savvy and eager to become an expert in Company’s products and solutions
Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
Knowledge of the F&B, events, or entertainment industries is a plus
