Client Identification and Targeting: Identify and pursue potential clients within the enterprise segment, with a focus on server systems, storage solutions, workstations, and broader enterprise IT solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass defined sales goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and product teams to organize and facilitate training sessions, product demonstrations, and events.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the complete sales process—from initial prospecting through to deal closure, including contract negotiation, solution implementation, and ongoing support.
Market Insight and Intelligence: Gather and relay customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity to relevant internal teams for strategic planning.
Timely Task Execution: Carry out assigned responsibilities such as preparing quotations, responding to inquiries, and managing emails in accordance with organizational standards and timelines.
Reporting and Pipeline Oversight: Maintain and submit regular reports detailing sales performance and pipeline activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in technical sales with a focus on server hardware or IT infrastructure solutions.
Proven experience in sales within the IT industry.
Ability to thrive both independently and within collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with current IT trends and technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and data analytics.
Solid understanding of server hardware and technologies (e.g., rack servers, blade servers, virtualization, storage infrastructure).
Experience managing enterprise clients and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
