We are seeking proactive and driven Account Officers for Construction Equipment to join our growing Commercial Vehicle team. This field-based role involves generating new business through dealer and client relationships, ensuring the quality and completeness of credit applications, and managing accounts for profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Solicit new accounts from construction equipment dealers, agents, and direct clients
• Negotiate financing agreements with prospective clients and partners
• Secure all required documentation for lease/loan booking
• Credit & Portfolio Management:
• Pre-screen clients based on existing credit policies and procedures
• Maintain and manage an active client portfolio to meet sales and credit targets

Coordination & Support:

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth account processing
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate superior

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Graduate of Economics, Business Administration, or other business-related courses

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fieldwork or client-facing roles
• Background in banking, leasing, or financing is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Practical experience in field sales or account management
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel or be assigned to different locations
• Computer-literate and trainable; open to continuous learning
• Able to work independently and handle multiple accounts
