簡介
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients regarding product offerings.
- Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues.
- Create and present reports on account performance and growth potential to clients.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with teams.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in sales support and training is a plus.
