Description:

• As a Finance Graduate, you will be a part of the Finance organization that covers the execution of the top railway infrastructure projects in the Philippines. You will provide financial analysis, data-driven advice and guidance to support the project team in making the best business decisions for the project. You will also get exposed to the full finance and accounting operations and get trained as a key user for finance tools and systems.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Participate in the preparation and delivery of project financial reviews on time and at the right quality supported by strong data analysis
• Support implementation of the Financial and Operational Strategy on the project » Support the Project Manager in risks, cost savings and opportunities review and work proactively with the Project team to identify and coordinate implementation of action plans
• Advise Project Team about financial matters with a strong focus on improving competitiveness » Optimize, manage and ensure no risk exposure to the project on all financial aspects
• Forecast, analyse and manage costs, revenue, profitability and cashflows » Transform data analysis into real insights focusing on profit and free cash flow improvement
• Look permanently for liquidity flows, working capital optimization and promote cash culture in the project
• Identify and anticipate risks to propose proactive mitigation plans and follow implementation with the project team
• Interface with other finance functions such as tax, treasury, and finance shared services.

Candidate Profile:

• CPA board passer or Master’s degree
• 0 - 2 years’ experience in finance, auditing and/or project operational background in international environment
• Stellar academic record (Top 3-5%)
• Good communication skills and well-articulated + Fluency in English » Geographically mobile (away from home country) for the next 2 years
• Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
• Problem solver: analytical-minded, critical thinker, with a keen interest in data and systems
• Openness to different cultures, keen traveller, a “citizen of the world”

• Ortigas Pasig for 1 year and after a year program assignments will be across locations of Alstom in APAC including (but not limited to) Bangalore, Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Vadodara
