- Manage financial transactions related to engineering projects.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and profitability.
- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in audits and financial analysis as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in architectural or engineering firms.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping, Taxation and Billing.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable/receivable, prepare financial reports, and assist with budgeting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential for project-based overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
