The Accounts Payable support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources the organization.
Responsible in accounts payable processes, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Payment processing
Payroll
Cash apps
Banking
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare financial reports including aging schedules and bank reconciliations

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
CPA is a plus but not required.
At least 3 years of accounting experience; with significant experience with AP (Accounts Payable)
Must be competent in interpreting financial data and make recommendations based on findings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to render overtime if needed
Applicants must be willing to work in Nia Road, Cabuyao City, Laguna
