We’re looking for an driven and organized Accountant to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily accounting transactions
- Assist in implementing new accounting procedures
- Process payroll and manage employee expense claims
- Process bank and credit card reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Assist in maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial information and the timely resolution of any discrepancies
- Assist with audits by preparing schedules and providing information to auditors as needed
- Assist in monitoring cash balance and preparing cash flow projections
- Assist in financial forecasts and analysis
- Assist with tax computation and preparation of tax returns and documentation
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist in inventory and asset management
- Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of a Finance process manual detailing all current and future tasks
- Other accounting duties as assigned

Want to know more about Liveware?
- CPA/CA qualified preferred
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in general accounting
- At least 1+ years in Payroll experience
- Experience with high-volume transactions
- Solid financial and commercial acumen
- Experience in financial data analysis and reconciliations
- Familiarity with monitoring payables, supporting cost savings initiatives, and cash flow tracking
- Willingness to assist with process improvements and internal controls/risk assessments
- Collaborative approach to ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of timely, accurate financial reporting
- Knowledge of tax computation and return preparation
- Experience in inventory and asset management
- Ability to manage financial records and ensure data integrity
- Proficiency in contributing to and updating financial process manuals
- Excellent communication for financial guidance and cross-departmental
