- Record and verify daily financial transactions (receipts, payments, invoices, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts regularly
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Support management in financial analysis and decision-making
- Experience in Zoho Books is a plus but not necessarily required.
