Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other relevant government regulatory obligations through timely preparation and submission of required documentation.
Perform bookkeeping functions such as invoicing, payroll assistance, and expense tracking.
Utilize Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software to streamline financial data management.
Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reviews.
Maintain confidentiality with regard to all financial and organizational information.
Continuously update skills and knowledge of relevant financial practices and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
Versed in financial management, accounting, and bookkeeping functions
Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Highly competent in ensuring compliance with BIR regulations and other regulatory obligations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks or similar accounting software is a plus
