Assurance Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Senior Associate to lead audit and assurance engagements for clients in financial services, including private equity, hedge funds, broker-dealers, and real estate funds. The role involves managing engagement teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accurate, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements from planning through execution and reporting.
• Develop detailed work plans, budgets, and schedules for audit projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Maintain effective client communication and deliver clear, timely updates.
• Support business development by understanding all service offerings and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Must have experience in US account
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
