Daily Cash Position ,Budget Forecasting, Bank Reconciliation, Tax Compliance Payroll and Mandatory Benefits Online Banking, Progress Billing of Construction Industry, Monthly and Year end closing Bookkeeping. Filing BIR Returns (VAT & NON-VAT) .Handles BIR audit and LOA. Transfer of Real property Title and Taxes Business Permits. Recommends Accounting Policies and Processes. Financial Reporting 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accounting Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
