1. Assist the Accounting Manager in reviewing and signing Trade and Non-trade Accounts Payable Vouchers;

2. Review and approve SAP enrollment forms;

3. Review the accounting schedules and other tasks prepared by the Accounting Assistants;

4. Review EWT and VAT working papers prepared by the Tax Supervisor;

5. Review of inventory costing;

6. Preparation of FS and monthly schedule of Assets and Liabilities accounts;

7. Answer queries from banks and auditors;

8. Prepare AP vouchers of certain transactions; and

9. Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager

- Accountancy / Management Accounting or related

- 3-5 yrs experience in supervisory level (general accounting and external audit)

- Knowledgeable in SAP, Excel, Word and IFRS

- 40k-45k, Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm

- Willing to be assigned in D. Tuazon QC
