Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records related to property operations.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment tracking.
Reconcile bank statements and tenant accounts.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget tracking.
Maintain organized records of leases, contracts, and other financial documents.
Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance reports.
Communicate with tenants regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate reporting of property expenses.
Assist in audits and internal reviews as needed.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.

At least one (1) year experience in the related field.
Specialized in Property Management/Real Estate is an advantage.
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance. CPA and/or Master’s Degree is an advantage but not required.
