We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team at Kilton Motor Corporation in Carmona Cavite. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the processing of accounts payable voucher for all suppliers and necessary expenses. He/she will ensures that all existing accounts payable on all suppliers and necessary expenses will be properly recorded and monitored

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has knowledge using SAP or is a Fresh Graduate eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Perform daily accounting operations such as accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Process journal entries and maintain general ledger
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and expense processing
• Use SAP to input and track financial data (training provided for fresh grads)

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Required)
• Experience using SAP during OJT is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
