簡介

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate audits and prepare financial statements.
  • Implement efficient accounting systems and processes.
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to management.

職位要求

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience preferably in the construction and/or real estate industry;
  • Competent in computer applications (such as SAP Business One, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others);
  • Knowledgeable on accounting principles, practices, and processes.
  • Must be adept on financial planning and management, strategic analysis, and critical thinking;
  • Must be able to produce short to long-term business plans and projections;
  • Must have adequate competence in managing internal control and financial systems and models;
  • Must be honest, trainable, well organized, and highly motivated;
  • Must be able to work with time pressure and less supervision;
  • Must have initiative, good leadership skills, and must be effective in handling team;
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in dealing with government agencies is desired but is not absolutely necessary.
