Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data
Making and analyzing financial reports
Forecasting Finances
Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
Managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and month end close process
Oversee and manage day to day accounting operations

BS degree in Accountancy or Finance
Certified Public Account
At least 3 years of work experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Very well versed in bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Ability to direct and supervise
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
