The General Ledger Supervisor will oversee the general accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording of all financial transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the General Ledger (GL) accounting team and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with management to gather, analyze, and present financial data for decision-making.
• Monitor costs, revenues, and budgets to identify areas for financial improvement.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) required
• CPA license preferred
• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in General Ledger or related accounting functions
• Experience in a manufacturing or dairy industry is an advantage
