  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and prepare for audits.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require extended hours during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, leadership skills, problem-solving mindset, and integrity.
