- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Review and verify journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other accounting transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to ensure team efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues.
- Prepare reports and financial analyses as requested by management.
