Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
Obtaining information from other departments to ensure accurate and complete records and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, and credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
Processing and recording transactions
Resolving account discrepancies.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage invoices, process payments, ensure accuracy of financial records, and assist with audits.
Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential overtime during peak periods.
