簡介
- Cascades and implements policies and procedure.
- Attendance monitoring and recording
- Filing of mandated government contributions of employees
- Timely compensation and benefits generation
- Budget requests consolidation, review, and release
- Expenses control, and liquidation
- Monthly billings oversight and disbursement
- Other administrative tasks.
- Coordination with the Service Providers’ finance department for budget or payment requests
- Coordination to iSM’s finance department for budget or payment requests
- Maintains regular budget reports, expenses, and liquidation reports of the operations team.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial documents, and assisting with audits.
- Assists in the travel bookings of the operations team.
- Assists in meetings processing and reporting deadlines.
- Assists the Operations Manager & Officers as needed.
- other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager & Officers
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Understanding of and the ability to adhere to general accounting processes.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Tagalog is required
- Analytical, organized with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and team working skills
- Focused on completing tasks in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Possesses integrity traits
