- Attend to the general office needs and activities
- Process payments and documents such as invoice, employee reimbursement, etc.
- Follow up due accounts and collection of payments
- Verify items billed against items ordered and received
- Efficient and timely preparation of sales and inventory report
- Update details of every stock in the branch (e.g., expiry dates, lot numbers, and complete count)
- Other related activities
