簡介

  • Create Accounts Payable Vouchers and prepare EWT for purchases or payments made by the team
  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
  • Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Supports the Finance Team in financial reporting and compliances such as preparation of VAT Relief, EWT and similar BIR Forms
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards and regulations

職位要求

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar field
  • Willing to be trained in Quickbooks and Accounting Processes
  • Can communicate both in Filipino and English Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Willing to work with shifting schedule [weekends]
