1.Financial Recording & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate daily financial records, including sales, purchases, expenses, and general
  • ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.


2. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

  • Process supplier invoices, check accuracy of billing, and prepare payments.
  • Monitor customer invoices, collections, and aging reports.
  • Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and customers.


3. Government Compliance & Regulatory Filings

  • Prepare and file statutory requirements such as VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other BIR submissions.
  • Ensure document completeness for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Maintain organized records of official receipts, invoices, and tax documents.


4. Inventory & Cost Monitoring

  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor landed costs, importation expenses, and cost of goods sold.
  • Assist in physical inventory count and reconciliation.


5. Payroll Support

  • Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring correct deductions and allowances.
  • Maintain employee records related to salary and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.


6. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support management in preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor budget variances and explain discrepancies.


7. Internal Controls & Audit Support

  • Implement proper accounting controls for cash handling, documentation, and approvals.
  • Assist in internal and external audit requirements.


8. Financial Analysis

  • Provide analysis on expenses, sales performance, profitability, and cost trends.
  • Give recommendations to improve financial efficiency.


9. Importation & Logistics Accounting

  • Handle documentation for importation expenses (duties, freight, brokerage).
  • Ensure proper recording of landed cost and allocation to inventory.


10. Other Administrative and Accounting Tasks

  • Maintain updated accounting files and databases.
  • Support management in ad hoc tasks and special projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and stakeholders for financial matters.


11. Tax Accounting and Filing

  • Maintain, record, and submit any tax filing documentation.
  • Implement good tax compliance for all transaction.
  • Coordinate and work with tax consultant for tax filing purposes.
  • Record and process end month processing on tax filing.
