- Manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with regulations, assist in billing processes.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Compliance, QuickBooks, and Billing.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, excellent communication skills.
