- Manage Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable tasks
- Ensure correct allocation of invoices in timely manner (Receivable)
- Prepare checks and vouchers (Payable)
- Manage weekly and monthly accounting reports
- Procure office & warehouse supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance
- Others tasks that may be assigned
職位要求
- BS Accountancy Degree Holder or any related course
- Computer Literate/Knowledgeable in MS office applications
- Good communication skills
- Very organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
- Must able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
